The Brief
Full interior design of an oceanfront residential building in Miami Beach, lobby, amenities, signature lounge, and a sequence of private residences specified end-to-end with Minotti Collezioni.
The Architecture
A luminous, hand-crafted palette tuned to the Atlantic light. The signature lounge frames the ocean through a 14-metre opening; the residences are organised around floating staircases sculpted from white-oiled oak and bronze.

The Project, in sequence
Outcome
Delivered as a turnkey signature project for Minotti Collezioni's Miami portfolio. Residences sold at a premium against the comparable set on Collins Avenue.
